Excellent staff. Beautiful pool with great roof terrace with sea views. Excellent food, cava and wine with a relaxed vibe. Only 10 min taxi from Palma and 2 min walk to beautiful beach. value for money excellent. get in quick as I'm sure prices will increase soon.
This hotel is a project in motion with renovations being carried out as the cash flow increases. So far what has been done is excellent but room doors have not been replaced making rooms a bit noisy at times. Only a minor complaint on the grand scale.

Recommend it for group
The pool area was just heavenly, man. We lounged on those comfy Balinese beds, sipping cocktails while the chill house music played. The staff was super friendly, especially Delilah and Marta, those two go above and beyond, believe me.

The hotel was fairly clean and modern, had attentive staff and fancy rooms. The location was quiet and decent, close to Calo dels Macs. The food they offered was savoury, had lots of meals.

quiet, simple, design and comfortable. overall good staff (not everyone), good atmosphere, no loud kids
no change of towels at the swimming pool, no cleaning of the room every day, breakfast a bit boring, some of the staff not the nicest (close to rude at some occasions)

The room was beautiful - very modern and white and the pool was stunning.
We didn't like the fact they couldn't find our booking when we arrived. Also, it was miles away from Puerto Portals which is the search criteria I had put in for location.

The hotel has only 20-25 rooms which makes it small, the atmosphere is really lounchy. Great Pool for the kids so a good place for the whole family to relax for a fwe days.
In the surroundings, on foot, is not much to do but with a taxi it is only 15 min into center of Palma

The pool area is relaxing, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure a nice experience. My room had a beautiful balcony with a fine view.

Really nice pool and lounge areas.
No minibar/fridge in the room. The wifi connection in the room was not working (and was not fixed for an entire week), so had to use the wifi in the reception area.

Loved the cool beachy design and the lovely pool area! My room was super comfy with a nice balcony, really enjoyed the chill vibes while sipping cocktails.
But honestly, it was harder to find my room than a pair of missing socks! And the shower? A cozy little cubicle where you can have a deep philosophical conversation with the soap.
